Complaint Details
I bought Seagate Expansion External Drive 2 TB STBV2000300 vide order no. 2641006 Dated 03rd March 2013.
Same has been delivered thru blue dart courier on 08th March 2013 packing was excellent condition.

Hard Disk connected to my computer as per user manual given thru power adapter and USB cable but it can not be
detected even driver successfully installed.

And now I am disappointed for it, therefore request you to kindly accept my return request.

Kindly send the return request address to my registered mail id.

Product has been packed with power adapter and usb cable which I received in the box as it is.

I am looking for a favourable response.
