In April 2012, I was promised by Justdial that if I paid an initial deposit of Rs.4,137 they would utilise that amt.towards the first 3 months of registering me as their customer.I was totally unsatisfied with their service and in Sept.2012 I told them to stop direct ECS to my account but they did not stop it till March 2013. From April 2012 to March 2013 they did not adjust the first payment of Rs.4,137 as promised by them and now refuse to pay that back. They also owe me the deduction of Rs.1,405 from my ECS starting September 2012 upto March 2013. Please help me to reover my money as I do not want their useless service.
