have purchased tata photon+ dongal no. 9216902358 by paying Rs. 1500/- The representative of your Company who sold me the dongal informing me that the plan is for 2 months free up to 5 GB and after 2 months I can change the plan or can even disconnect it. From past 2 to 3 days I am corresponding with customer care and they are informing me that it is a corporate connection and I have to use it for six months and for changing the plan or disconnecting it I have to pay Rs. 1500/-. I have purchased the connection trusting the Company but I have been cheated and misguided by the representatives of your Company.
I am not able to understand that for what i have to pay 1500/- again i already paid the same amount while purchasing the dongle.
This is a strange clause and if you are not able to change my plan according to your strange clause please disconnect the connection.I will not pay any kind of money for disconnection or for changing the plan and rest up to you whether you will change the plan or disconnect the connection.
I had submit my complaint to appellate authority 6 days before and also send the reminder 3 days before but no resposnse from their End.Iam attaching the compay of mail in attach doucments for reference.
