have been using a reliance 3G Tab connection ( No. 8080707176 )with 7.5GB Advance rental plan ( Paid Rs. 6000/- as advanced rental ) since September 2012. As per the plan, i have paid the advance rental for whole year and will not charged for usage upto 7.5 GB per month.
I am very disappointed and aggrieved with the service quality of RCOM and have many a times contemplated to switch services to other telecom service providers. The exact reasons for the same are following :-
a) In last -6- months of my association with RCOM as a customer, -4- times there has been a error in my bill wherein i have been charged rental charges of Rs.1298/ every month.
b) Upon bringing the above issue to the notice of customer care, every time i have been advised to personally visit the reliance webworld to get the same resolved. The team at RCOM should appreciate that if every month i get a erroneous bill, it is not possible to visit a webworld in a city like mumbai. Moreover, if a customer has to visit webworld personally, it defeats the whole purpose of having a customer care helpline no.
c) With respect to my current request, again i have been erroneous charged rental of Rs.1298/- and i had personally visited the webworld at DAKC on March 9, 2013 ( Saturday ). Rather than resolving the issue, my outgoing services were barred on March 13, 2013.
d) I had once again visited the webworld on March 15, 2013 ( Friday ) and updated Ms. Shilpa Paul the store incharge about the whole issue. Its been -12- days since my first visit to your flagship store and yet my issue is unresolved. I was extremely disappointed by the attitude displayed by the staff at your DAKC Webworld
I request you to revert on the following issue :-
a) The reason, why in last -6- months, 4 times my bill has been erroneous generated.
b) Even after bringing it to the notice of RCOM by personally visiting the webworld, why was my services discontinued.
c) Why even after -12- days my complaint has not been addressed.
d) Everyday i have been getting multiple calls for payment of charges which have been erroneous. This is sheer customer harassment. Kindly stop them immediately.
