I had ordered Aquaguard Reviva model from Eureka forbes telesales and they got the unit installed through their channel partner " Sapthagiri Associates" on 11-4-12. It worked for 3-4 months and after that it stopped giving purified water and i raised complained to customer care and they took almost 1 week to rectify. Same problem repeated almost every month and they used to temporarily rectify and again problem used to repeat.
I finally asked them to replace the unit and registered complaint on 7-3-2013 with complaint no. 88245278. I reminded them almost 5-6 times after i registered complaint and till now 21-3-2013 it is not replaced and i buy drinking water from outside.
Also my warranty period will expire on 11-4-13 and they charge Rs. 425 for any service issues which used to phase earlier.
I am not finding any solution and have to raise consumer complaint.
