Hi,

I bought Butterfly Matchless wet grinder last month from madipakkam New SRN agencies which has 5 years warranty.

Recently one of the conical roller grinding stone developed a crack and I issued a complaint to the customer complaint cell to the phone no - 04465711017 - and my complaint no is 124181.

Though the product has 5 years warranty, i have been informed that the conical roller stone will not come under warranty and replacement of the stone is chargeable.

The same neither mentioned anywhere in the warranty card nor been informed during purchase, but I was denied warranty for the above said issue.
