I bought an inverter for Rs. 14750 through an online order invoice of which mentioned an installation will be done by Bicron in next 7 days but despite calls and reminders, no has turned up to do the installation. Instead one from company has called asking for 5000 Rs for doing the same. Registered a complaint on their support Id but to no avail. Need your help. Thanks
