I booked Aakash Tablet on 19 April 2012 in the name of my friend Sumit Gupta. My booking id. is PM39E7A. I send a cheque to DATAWIND INNOVATION Pvt. Ltd which was encashed on 9th May 2012. I have attached my bank statement herewith. I did not recieve the aakash tablet even after 10months! I mailed them many times but still they did not send the product. When I asked for refund they said they will send an upgraded product within 3days if I paid extra amount. I agreed to that too and filled up my details in the hyperlink but they did not contact me back ever again and when I asked for the refund again they stopped replying to the emails. The contact num. 01832708510 does not respond. I would request you to look into the matter and help me get back my hard earned money and put an end to such fraudulent company who is robbing students like me and other Indian who trusted such company because the Government of India and the HRD minister Kapil Sibal backed it. Please help us resolve our grievance
