Complaint Details
I purchased a Tata photon plus by ordering it online, I made the payment on 28th of march 2013 and was told that it will be activated within 3 working days.
It has not been activated till now, rather the payment that I made for first month recharge (i.e. 1200 Rs) has been lapsed by this fraud done by the company. A total of 2400 Rs was paid by me, of which 1199 were for device and rest for first month recharge. I am seeking a refund of 1200 Rs and the damages.
