Sir/Madam,
I migrated my mobile number from Tata Docomo prepaid(GSM)to postpaid CDMA.At the time of inquiry it was promised that the 899-Unlimited plan will give the facility of call conference.But after activation of the said plan i am not able make any call conference from my number.This is affecting my business and I am very upset.I request several times to the TTSL officers through customer care number and also through email.But they are not taking solving my problem.I also request if the said facility is not given on my post paid connection, then make it prepaid as before.But they are forcing me to continue the services for a period of total 3 months.I cannot make my business get affected for such a long period by not having such a basic call conference facility.Please,Help me resolve my issue with reimbursement of my loss.Thanks.
