I bought 2 Night 3 days stay package from Great India travels by paying 2999/-+750/- Rupees and my order number is 10261885.

As per company policy for staying, the customer has to inform 1 month in advance. I informed them 4-5 times in advance by writing and calls but every time there booking closed. Even though I informed them 2-3 months in advance also through mail and calls.

but from last 2 months there is no response on mail and even though company is not picking customer care numbers - customer service helpline 0120-6722100
