I purchased a sofa set from the above mentioned merchant viz.Nav Durga Furniture. I am concerned about the qauality of the product, as the very first when I get it delivered at my home,the legs of the sofa got broken,it was very painful feeling. Since one month (date of purchase is 8th Feb 2013),on regular basis I am experiencing the poor quality of the product used in the sofa.I feel cheated & desserted with this product. Though the merchant have given me a three years warranty, m afraid the product will not last for even one year. I pledge please look into this matter seriously as this kind of merchants are mushrooming like anything in and round Pune area without any fear of law. I want a strict action to be taken against this irrent dealers.Want to use my RTI power against this delinquency.Please help me & others in getting us informed about the quality, quantity, potency, purity, standard and price of goods.
