Complaint Details
I had Joined Tetra Information Services Pvt. Ltd. (East of Kailash New Delhi) as Assistant Project Manager(PHP) on 16 Feb 2011 I had resigned from the position Assistant Project Manager on 4th of July 2012. Then I served 1 month of notice period, My Last working day was 3rd of August 2012. In the notice period they give me a task to of PERL language. Because they thought that if I will fail to do that they will block my June 2012 and July 2012 salary. But I tried my best and done the task in time. But they did not give my July 2012 salary. Since 3rd August 2012 I have been asking for my July 2012 salary and 14days leave encashment and my performance bonus (quarterly,half yearly, yearly). But till today they are not bothering my emails and phone calls. Please process my grievance of Kindly suggest what should I do to get my salary. This company do not pay last salary any employee who resigns this company. I know around 15 people who are struggling for their last salary with this organisation.
