I activated internet on my Vodafone account in Jan however it did'nt worked. I logged a complaint with Vodafone a couple of days afterwards and the customer services representative assured me that someone will call me to resolve my issue. Their customer services guy advised me to call back as soon as you receive a message that the bill has been generated to deactivate your 3G connection. I did exactly as advised by their representative however they have still charged me for the 3G services. I have been requesting them to wiave off the charges as they were never able to resolve my query so I shouldn't be paying for a service that I could never use because of the service providers issue.
