Dear Sir

This complain is of airtel regarding My connection.
Airtel is just making consumer fool
please look into my complain.
My complain is regarding my Mobile no- 09837044287.
Name- Tapan Jain
I was told that i will get 15000 seconds free every month .
but when the first bill is generated they didn't provide any discount to me.
Than i have gone to the Airtel office Jaipur House, Agra(U.P.) for complaint and they said that u will get the waiver for the amount in the next bill.
Than i have deposited the full amount of my first bill .
Than in second bill , there was no waiver provided to me and no discount of 15000 seconds was there.
for this i Have many times to the airtel office by phone and in Branch office of Jaipur House, Agra but they was no resolution provided.
than The manager of Jaipur House, Agra MR UMA Kant Told me that u will get the waiver in the next bill surely.
Than Again third bill is generated and same thing happen, no waiver, and discount of 15000 seconds and they have barred my connection as thje credit limit is crossed.
Than i have talk to the manager Mr Uma kant, for this and he told me that u please Rs 1000 and the connection will get started, but till today my connection is barred and My complain is unsolved till today.
When i contacted many times he told me that i will solve your problem, but he is so careless and his staff is so poor and misbehaved with me .
Till today my connection of off and I request you to look into my matter
