I did an online recharge from tatadocomo.com which deducted money from my bank account but the recharge failed. I wrote a mail on 17th Jan to pgsupport@billdesk.com and got a reply on 23 Jan...

This is with reference to your e-mail dated 17 January, 2013, regarding status of the payment.

We have contacted the biller and they have confirmed that the refund for the mentioned payment via transaction id: MSPD2897809424 has been initiated at their end on 22.01.2013. It will take 5 to 7 working days to credit the amount in your account.

Its been over 2 months now but i havent received any refunds on my account. I hope the concerned people see this and do the needful.
