i have purchased a new sony experia z which i paid rs 38,000 on 22nd march 2013 and the next day it got locked by itself and i could not use it as the phone was asking for code to open the lock and i called the sony office and gave the handset to them on 23rd and have been given a service jobsheet and told me it will be rectified in 3 hours time and then i went to the office in 3 hours and they said it couldnt be opened i produced the bill my pan card details and all relevant documents and also my official business card and today its 25th and the time is 4.00pm and have not given me any new handset or any phone for my regular no to be operated. How could i be helped can anyone help?!!!!
