I have a Samsung Mobile. Model Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, this mobile is in guarantee. My mobile got hang some times, I went to Samsung service center 2-3 times and they told me that there is s software problem in this mobile but it will be alright by formatting it. They format it 2 times but the problem is still there and now i got one more problem, some times mobile does not ring while an incoming call. I found missed calls on my mobiles normally 5-6 times a day.
Samsung is a 3rd class company, I am fed-up by this mobile Ace Plus.
