Bought a Hitachi Kaze AC last May. Since the date of purchase, its not working properly. Made several complaints to Hitachi Customer Care. No one ever care to redress the same. Instead their customer care misbehaved. Had to file consumer complaint within two months of purchase, which is still pending. Almost one year is about to complete. Hitachi has not even filed response to the same and just delaying the matter. Worst Customer Care services. Really repenting to buy the Hitachi AC.
