On 25 march 2013 at 11:10pm, while browsing internet i suddenly got a sms saying "thanks for downloading value pack from airtel. you have been charged 55.0.
i have never activated or purchased anything from airtel. i dont even know what the value pack is. I dont want any kind of pack, since i use my sim for calling and gprs surfing. so i want full repayment of my illegal balance deduction.
