Dear Officer,

I am deeply offended by unfair humiliating treatment of government officials and hereby want to register my complaint against these corrupt officials who make such policies to rob tourist who travel from far and get duped in false promises of Tourist officers. I hereby request strict action and full refund of my balance amount Rs.5130 at the earliest a there was no service given and I full payment was confiscated.
I had booked Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam Ltd. resthouses in Joshimath and Auli and Paid Rs. 6170+670 = 6840-/

I could not reach on time due to missing my train from Delhi and Informed officers about the same and request for the refund on the basis of not using the facility. They clearly declined and said that entire money in confiscated and there will not be any refund as per their policy. After spending hundreds of rupees in calling their AGM-tourism, Mumbai centre head and head office where no one was taking any calls they have agreed to pay only Rs. 1710. which they promised to pay in 3 days but paid after 10-11 days of constant calling. When reaching Mumbai office chief who sold me the package declined to help me saying that I should call head office. But no one takes call in head office to resolve this.

I have attached all the proofs, payment receipts and emails sent to the GMVNL officers. I am also CC the same document to the Consumer forum website. I trust that you will understand my intention to get my money back which I had paid for services which were not given to me.

Please help me get me my money back from these corrupt officers who steal money in name of policy and service that is never rendered.
