Complaint Details
i bought a prestige ind cook top v2.0 in a retailshop , it become faulty with in 2 months. I taken the product to the service centre they given back the product after two months after so many calls and follow ups saying working good , but i become fault again with in a week and i given back to the service centre on 19/01/2013 and i am still following to get back the product
the product costs 3600 rs and not worth it
Max period it was with service centre only guide me to get extended warranty or replacement
