Dear Sir/Madam,



I am an account holder of your bank at Maninagar branch, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. the branch manager Mr. Avinash Pandey has been pressurising me unsolicitingly for some time to purchase Life Insurance even though I do not intend to buy and I have clearly stated and conveyed it to him also.



But the manager informed me that the service which I avail would be compromised and they would not service me in a better way unless I purchase a policy from him.



Atlast tired of being pestered around by him, I finally unwantedly gave him a cheque of amoun t rs. 15172/- cheque dated to be posted on 26/03/2013 which now I want to stop and and dont want the policy either.



I am tired of such pathetic service and behavoiur of such a senior person from the bank staff and I regret opening the account there.



I had also submitted all documents for opening another current account also and had deposited rs. 50000/- (cheque no 38 of Bank of Baroda; already cleared from my account) in the name of K Piyush Creation on 14/03/2013 but even that was put on hold until I had bought the Insurance policy and gave the cheque to him.



Hope you will take stringent action against such malicious personnel in your bank at the earliest and save your customers from such hassles in the future.



Hope I do not have to report this to RBI.
