Complaint Details
I had booked an online domestic ticket on the website www.easygotrip.com based in GOA on 22 Feb 2013 for an amount of Rs 69711.
On 23 rd Feb, I received an email from the easygotrip.com stating that the airlines have rejected the booking and the amount will be rolled back into my account within 7 days.
However, after repeated calls to the easygotrip number (0832-6516511), i could get a partial refund of Rs30000. I was informed that the amount was split due to transaction charges and the balance will be refunded in another 8 days time.
However when the refund did not take place, the easygotrip.com disconnected my calls whenever I called and gave the reference number. It is now over a month now.
