Respected sir/madam,
I'm a reliance customer since 3-4 years (Mobile no 8956625552). I
have been activated a sms pack of Rs. 19/- two years ago. Last month i
had a problem of "auto renewal", after requesting a lot times this
problem was solved but now again the same thing is happening. The
message pack supposed to be renewed on 25th march. But it doesn't...!
I called customer care before 25th march (on 23rd and 24th) service
request no 200457245 to ensure that whether it will be renew or not,
that time they said, it will be renewed up to 25th march. After that
when i contact them again, they are just telling that this pack is not
available anymore...! Actually it is available for old customers
only... and i'm an old customer! Some of my friends are using this
plan....! The most horrible thing is they just deactivated my message
pack,,,! It’s horrible because unless i request to deactivate it, it
won’t have to be...!
So please solve my problem....!
