Hi, My account balance got deducted automatically from my account in just 1 day and same has never been returned back, I called Reliance customer care at least 3 to 4 times but there was no reply, infact while chating with online customer support they told me that the complaint was wrongly registred. the complaint number is 200632106, but there is nothing happened, reliance customer care person also accepted that many times the account balance get deducted and when consumer complain to us we return the balance to their account. Now if such a big company is doing like this then can it be called as a fraud or scam or what exactly????
