I had A/c has poor cooling (bought on 18/4/11), Since new to A/c usage,I found this problem on may 2012, people from service centre done the gas refilling on 12/5/12 on pay of Rs.1650, same complaint repeat on 22/8/12 and paid Rs.2523 to fix,this time taken the whole unit to service centre ,again complaint repeat on Jan 2013 and fix at free of cost,now again repeated , asking money to fix.I asked samsung to send senior people directly from samsung on pay and asked refund all previous pay from authorized service centre,samsung tells no refund possible
