Sir,
I have purchased water purifier on 01 May 2012. The product was dead within 4 months. First compliant No 68320872 dated 24 sep2012. Then several problem arised and logged complaint for each, few complaints are resolved and rest are not resolved and technicians came for servicing has not solved the problem completely. Instead my time and money has lost for each service. So kindly request you to issue order to the company to take back the product and provide cash back with one lakh compensation.
