I AM ABDULLA MONDAL,i had taken a Tata PHOTON PLUS MODEM ON 25TH MARCH FROM DELHI,AT NETAJI SUBHAS PLACE. ON THAT DAY THE TATA PHOTON PLUS DEALER HAD PROMISED ME THAT BY THE DAY THE NET WILL ACTIVE AND I CAN USE THE INTERNET AFTER VERIFICATION WHILE I AM IN ROAMING ALSO. NOW I AM IN MUMBAI FOR MY OFFICIAL WORK ,AFTER THE DAY PURCHASE PHOTON PLUS. THE INTERNET ACTIVATION HAS TAKEN 2 DAYS!!!!!! AFTER ACTIVATING THE MODEM I WAS NOT ABLE TO CONNECT INTERNET. EVERYDAY I TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKE WITH THEIR USE LESS PERSONS WHO GAVE NO SOLUTION BUT SUFFER AND A TIME WASTE. AFTER GETTING SO MUCH PANIC I COMPLAINING ,SO THAT THE WORST SERVICE MAY BECOME GOOD. AND OF COURSE I WANT TATA PHOTON TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.ITS VERY PATHETIC SITUATION FOR TATA PHOTON PLUS CUSTOMER.
