Subject- An LPG agency SRI BHARATGAS, Madhupatana,Cuttack forced me to buy other products beside cylinder and regulator , when I deny they are not giving me my 2 cylinders where as I have deposited Rs 3050/- for 2 cylinders and a regulator.

Sir,
Myself Nihar Ranjan Panda , had applied a new LPG gas connection at SRI BHARATGAS, Madhupatana,Cuttack on 6.1.13. After getting a call to receive the new connection on 19.3.13 , I went to their office and deposited Rs3050 for two cylinder and a regulator .But one of his office members Mr Biswal forced me to buy other products. When I deny to buy , he as well as other members threatened me to cancel my connection . They kept my bond and gave me only book having consumer No. 58706060 which is still an invalid number and told to come next day .They gave different time in different days to meet them and continuously forced me to buy other products .When I repeatedly deny to buy for two three days they told me to take back my deposited money where as connection is highly essential and urgent for me .When I told them that this is illegal to force to buy other products , they again rudely behaved and told that he is doing this from beginning and nothing illegal with that and threatened me that no distributor in our location will give me a connection if I will make complaint against this act to anybody. They are also told me that It is there wish that he will give me a connection or not and It is their mercy that they are giving me a connection.They told me what will be their profit if they provide the connection with this genuine price.Openly they were misguiding the consumers to buy other products in front of me and proved me that this is legal and blamed me that I do not know about their system.If I will not buy other things from them then they told me that Rs2900 is security money for 2 empty cylinders and to take the cylinders I have to pay some more amount without bill to them besides filling charge (one subside and another non subside). When I did not accept these proposals and said that I will take only two filled cylinder with regulator in genuine price with money receipt they denied to give connection. Finally on 22.3.13 evening they phoned me and told that since I have not accept their proposal so they have already cancelled my connection.Till today they have not giving me connection as well as 2 cyinders.
Therefore I request you to take necessary action for helping me to get justice for which I will be thankful to you.
