Complaint Details
Hi, i bought a motorcycle from the above mentioned two wheeler dealer. Now its 6 months and they didnt register the vehicle. Am paying the vehicle loan without using it. They promised that they will register the vehicle with in a month but they failed. As a consumer i am getting too much problem with this. Please help me with necessary action and compensation.

Reply: Dear Mr. Sreekumar,

Write a letter to the dearler saying if the vehicle is not registered with 15 days you will be approaching RTO and the Yamaha with the matter and will also approach Consumer court. Attach all the documents with the letter.
