my beam internet account no 28388 username abdulsamad703@yahoo.com registred mobile no 8897595872
the internet wifi router is not working properaly it ,most of the time the wifi router is not working it will work for a some period but i cant mention the particular for how much time it work and how much time it will not work .mostly when there is some urgent work of internet it will not work ,note i had purchased the beam faulty wifi router from beam for rupees 2000/- .i had complained the beam for more than 1000 times but vain the coustmerr care person promised all time it will solve it in 24 hours but it not solved my problem after 100 days after also .if call many time a day a worst beam send a techinican named by wajeed who is un able to solve it but use badlanguage with me and with my famliy i question the beam that iam yours customer or a salve .in indian the customer is king in the national father gandhi

also they and mail many time to support@beamportal.com but the beam is not solving the problem and give me undistub internet through beam wifi router ,
if the beam is unable to solve the customer problems and give undistrub internet through beam wifi router so wind up the beam and refund the recevied subcrition in advance s
if the beam is unable to provide the efficient service so refund my total amount including wifi router of rupees 2000/-
