Hi I made an online purchase of a mobile phone "htc dual windows smartphone" which is of no use to anyone. Before purchase I asked them whether the fone is under warranty or not, they told me that the fone is having 6months manufacturers warranty. On 9th march I made the purchase & on 22nd march I got the mobile phone thru Blue dart courier AWB No. 43981900524. When i opened the packet i found that the fone's primary camera is not working & it does not support memory card & its touch screen was also responding late. After seeing that much complications i made a contact to the customer service but they told me that the fone is not having any warranty & they asked me to post a complaint on their portal & they will respond soon. After posting a complaint only some consolation comments came that we will look after the reason. From that day onwards they are not even picking up my regd. phone no. & whenever I am making a call to them they simply tell to post a complaint & they will look after but it seems that they are simply in a mood to consume my money. When I asked them to return my money, they told me that they won't be doing that, do whatever you want. Fearing the loss of my money I am making a complaint. Please help me get my money back, as the fone is chinese & even not in working condition. Please help me I am a poor student...
