Complaint Details
Since last 1 month, I am trying to get an appointment from PSK Bhopal , so that I can get my passport-related documents verified there, but I am unable to book slots. I am attaching here-with a screenshot of the problem which I and thousands of people like me are facing. Request you to please find out and solve the matter.
After registering on this website, I submitted/filed the online Fresh Passport issuing form, and at the last step when the applicant needs to get an online appointment so that he/she can approach the PSK for document verification, a CAPTHA code appears. Even after verifying the code for more that 5 times, I/We are unable to proceed further. This condition is intact since a month. Now if I approach the broker, he will charge me about 2000 Rs. in favor of getting an appointment. I am not financially too sound to bear this unscrupulous tout.

I understand that this issue will be reolved with TOP PRIORITY since many students like me are still being hanged in between all these immoral activities.
