Dear Sir,
I was using the netconnect data card no. 7428944448 which i stopped using from Dec 2012 because of the hard copy of the bill was not delivering at my current address from Nov 2011. To change my old address I have visited three times on reliance outlet (from Nov 2011) and provided all necessary documents (Voter ID, PAN Card and Copy of phone Bill) (3 times from Nov 2011). After so many communication for changing the address, I stopped the usage of this data card and informed Reliance netconnect to stop the services on customer care service but Reliance netconnect company generated the false bill and threaten me to pay these bills. Some anti social element from reliance netconnect company called me and threaten me to pay bill otherwise they will harm me and my family.

After regular harassment from Reliance netconnect, I paid the all fake dues to reliance and again requested to stop all the services on 8 March 2013.
As on 31st March 2013, Reliance netconnect did not stopped the services of the mentioned data card however, generated the bill again and calling to pay this.
It is requested to please take the action against reliance for the
1. Fake Bill generation
2. No Action on customer requests
3. Harassment and threatening the customers
