Complaint Details
We had booked a cylinder on 30-03-2013 at 12:14( as per the call log available) for cylinder. We got the cylinder delivered on 31-03-2013 which is a Sunday & the office of Distributor is closed. We got the order receipt which mentions the time as 8:24 which means a time even before we had booked the cylinder. This was done intentially so as to give a 900 rs Cylinder instead of 400 rs which they would have to give if it was billed on 1-04-2013. this is a pure manipulation game played by indane & the distributors to earn more money. Please help with that.
