Complaint Details
I had placed an order on www.amegabooks.com and had made the payment online. The order (Order No.111423) was placed on 18th March 2013 and was supposed to be delivered by 21st March 2013. But the order was not delivered on the said date, so I wrote to them twice using the "Contact Us" link on their site to check the delivery status. I even contacted them on their 2 registered numbers, but one number did not answer while the person answering on the other number was having trouble in even establishing a basic conversation. He somehow managed to note down my contact number and said someone would get back - but no one ever did. Then on 26th March the order status was updated to cancelled by the company. However, no refund was made.

All further phone calls to their customer service have been unanswered. I have also mailed them requesting refund. But there has been absolutely no response from the company.
