Complaint Details
I sent my niece to purchase pani puri packets (2 packs)As she is just 12 yrs the seller handed her one of the packs old & the puris were broken in that. Since i was regular buyer i never thought he will do like this he blamed my niece that she broke it but I know her very well & she said that she bought it very carefully as instructed by me. The seller is not ready to exchange it. Before 2 days also he gave me expired Mouth freshner.
