WE HAVE AN OLD TORNADO TRENDY VACCUM CLEANER WHICH HAS STOPPED WORKING NOW. I FILED COMPLAINT WITH EUREKA CUSTOMER CARE AND WAITED PATIENTLY FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS NOW. CALL ID: 70097194(6 FEB13),70499103(9 MAR13)& 88317068(01 APR13). A TECHNICIAN VISITED MY HOUSE AFTER CONTACTING SOMANY PEOPLE AND SOMANY TIMES AND DECLARED MY MOTOR TO BE FAULTY. HE GAVE ME A NUMBER OF MS PALLAVI(8237037036), VIMAN NAGAR PUNE SERVICE CENTRE WHO CAN TELL WHEN THE MOTOR WILL COME FROM THE COMPANY. LAST WEEK WHEN I CALLED MS PALLAVI, SHE TOLD MOTOR HAS COME AND CALLED ME IN THE SERVICE CENTRE WITH THE APPLIANCE.I REACHED THERE TODAY AND AFTER OPENING THEY DECLARE THAT MOTOR IS OF DIFFERENT TYPE AND HAS NOT COME SO I WILL HAVE TO LEAVE THE APPLIANCE THERE AND THEY WILL LET ME KNOW. I REALLY GOT ANNOYED AND AT THIS MS PALLAVI SAID WE ARE FRANCHISE AND YOU CAN COMPLAIN TO WHO EVER YOU WANT, IT DOESNOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE TO ME.THIS FRANCHISE IS RUN AT A HOME TURNED OFFICE WHERE 4 TECHNICIANS WERE HAVING FUN AND LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER'S PLIGHT. ARE THEY MAKING MONEY ON THE NAME OF EUREKA FORBES, IS MY MOTOR REALLY FAULTY, IF YES WHY THEY ARE INTERESTED IN REPAIRING IT BEHIND MY EYES?
I NEED MY VACCUM CLEANER REPAIRED ELSE EUREKA FORBES CAN GIVE ME A NEW ONE IN EXCHANGE TAKING ANY DIFFERENCE IN AMOUNT WHICH IS REASONABLE. AND FOR GOD SAKE TEACH SUCH FRANCHISE A LESSON SO THAT EUREKA FORBES CAN MAINTAIN ITS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR WHICH IT WAS FAMOUS ONCE UPON A TIME OTHERWISE GOD IS THERE TO SEE....
