I am really surprised and feel disgusting about the Vehicle purchased by me Quanto..Model C8..
I have taken the delivery from Infinity Autolinks Pvt Ltd on January 25, 2013...
It was on February 8, 2013...In 15 days I have visited the workshop for the first time... with the problem in the vehicle... The Air condition was starts with nosie... at this vehicle was driven 1186 km.. Mr. Amresh Vaje is the Service Advisor who has attend me.. Time mentioned on the invoice was as per RO 12.37 pm he has taken the car for repairs and at 13.24 pm he has deliver the vehicle to me with confirmation of completion of job the time mentioned on the Invoice.
Again the same problem starts in the vehicle and I have visited again to the workshop on February 14, 2013.. with in 7 days this time i have driven the 1449 km i.e. 263 kms. in 7 days.. Mr. Amresh Vaje attend me at this as per the time mentioned on the invoice RO time is 12.20 pm and Invoice time is 14.02 pm in 2 hours he has replace the defective part.... and hand it over the vehicle to me..
As per the instruction and service manual, I have given the vehicle for the 1st Service at Infinity on March 7, 2013 at this time vehicle driven was 5351 kms. General Service and Check up done.. at this time the test drive was not done..
The Air Condition problem again faced after 45 days i.e. on April 1, 2013... again noice started and coming the hot air at 10.30 am in the morning...at this point I have switch off the air conditioned... At the evening 19.30 pm the vehicle was at the speed of 80 kms.. on the highway.. all of sudden quanto stop... @ this I have found the tempreture indicator has blown and vehicle is facing the heat...
I have called the Mahindra Roadside assistance on 18001027006 they have registered my complaint about the vehice. Complaint no.. 22994 they have ask me to wait at the spot (Thane West Highway) and they said that they are sending the toing van...at this the time is 19.35 pm..they have said it will take 60 miniutes.. I have waited on the road
Again Around 20.10 i have again called up the road assistance to get the contact details of Towing ven person.. but they have refuce to give but they arranged for the conferance call. I susprised hearing from the towing ven person that he is still at his workshop and he will come from Airoli Belapur Road.. Road Assistance has hang up the call...
After the vehicle get cooled i personally drive the vehicle and today on April 2, 2013 I have deliver the vehicle to Infinity Autolinks Workshop... Ms. Anjali Gawade the Customer Relationship Manager attend me and he inform about the problem the Service Manger and Service Advisor Mr. Shailesh to check the vehicle...
At first instance it was informed me by the Service Manger that some pipe of Coolant is found the hole and that is why the car got hit and Air conditioned stop working... again at 16.30 pm Mr. Shailesh service advisor has called me and informed that radior assembly is faulty and they are replacing the same...
I have mentioned and shared my expirience with the Mahindra Vehicle... Found that it is the biggest mistake of mine buying Mahindrra Quanto... Quanto has given the death affraid yesterday to me and rest of my family members...
I expect the justice from Mahindra Company...
Till i got the justice i will not pick up the vehicle from Infinity Autolinks workshop...
