I placed one order on 11th Feb'13 at timtara.com for Micromax Canvas 2 Mobile by paying money of 9189 INR through Credit Card. Then due to its delay, I cancelled the order on Feb 27th''13. The money has never been refunded into my card back. Its being more than 20 days now.
