Complaint Details
Booking was confirmed from Travelogy India . We have got the endorsement copy from Airport stating Rs 1208 is cancellation charges per passenger but agent has refunded only Rs 448. we have replied mail from airline and also endorsement copy stating Rs 1208 is xxl charges please help . since I confirmed another booking to customer and he is not paying me the ticket cost .
