Complaint Details
I booked a ticket on 3rd October 2012 to fly roundtrip between Chennai and Mumbai to travel on 15th October 2012, the PNR number is GCJCHG. The service has been cancelled by Kingfisher. I have been calling them every month for the refund, the customer care people say, my amount will be paid in this billing cycle, but they have never paid back, its been six months now.
Because of this issue, I am experiencing mental pressure. Sometimes, I am unable to meet family needs as I have to adjust the payment that I made through credit card for buying this ticket. I have been into depression because of no-refund from Kingfisher yet.
Please look into the issue and help me to get my money back.
