Sir/Madam,

This is with regard to the incident that happened with me on 01/04/2013 (Monday).
I am Vivek Agarwal. I had booked a Cab at 6:43 P.M.(from Meru cabs) from My residence(i.e. 121-K,2nd floor,Apex house,Old gupta colony,delhi-110009) to New Delhi Railway Station.Pick Up time was 8:45 P.M. same day. Refrence Number - 18190719. These are the details regarding the cab: DL1RY2726 Chauffer : Kapil ; Cell:8750184453.

The Chauffer had repoted on time i.e. at 8:40 P.M. and i informed him that i may be late. but due to some unavoidable problems i could not reach the cab till 9 :00 P.M.
At 9:04 P.M. i recieved a call from 011-44224422 asking me wether i had boarded the cab or not. I told them i am on my way and i'll be there within 5 minutes. and i reached the pick-up location on 9:09 P.M. and could not find the Cab anywhere. I called the chauffer and asked him where had he parked the Cab to which he replied 'Aap time pe nahi aaye toh maine cancel kar diya aur ha itna dair hum nahi rukte hai.' and he disconnected the call and didnot pick up even after repetdly calling him.
I have a fracture in my backbone and i had to board a train at 10:20 P.M. . and since the cab driver left me i had no other option but to go in the metro. Thanks to a friend of mine who was there and witnessed the whole incident and helped me out. But the lack of responsibility and carelessness is intolerable.I had to suffer alot of problems because of the chauffers' act and even the pain became unbearable for me.

I hope you understand what i went through because of the chauffer. i hope you'll look into the matter and redress it as soon as possible.
