Complaint Details
I have given my Onida DVD in Adonis Services center in Velachery, Chennai - 600042 which is the authorised dealer for Onida Consumer products. I have given my product in the month of Aug and I use do frequent visits to service center often to enquire about stats and at last to get the spare parts it took 2 months for them and my DVD is services and I have paid charges for amounting to Rs. 875 for the Board charges and received my DVD on 23.10.2012. I have attache bill for you reference

Again the month of December again I faced the Issue on 12 Dec 2012 and carried my DVD player to Adonis Services center in Velachery, on the same day for which I have attached Job Sheet from December to till date Iam chasing for my DVD and today (27.03.2013) they are again charging me for the Board charges for Rs.650. Iam totally frustrated on this behavior in the service center. In market Brand new Philips/Sony DVD's players cost only Rs.2000 to 2500. In this situation the Services center asking to buy New Onida Player 2600.00 wjich is more than the market value.

Can you please address this and do the needful.
