Hi,
I had purchased Airtel Digital TV connection on 23rd Mar 2013 and it was installed at my place on 27th Apr 2013. Even after all these days I am not getting any channels and instead an error message is displayed which says my account is suspended due to insufficient balance. Although I had made a payment of 5000 Rs. upfront while purchasing. I have called customer care 30-40 times, sent out emails to the nodal officer in Bangalore, but there has been no solution, I am told all the times that my issue will be resolved in 2 hours, but those 2 hours have not finished till today.
