Complaint Details
I am customer of MTS india. I am using MTS datacard which i purchased from Gurgaon. Recently around 5 month ago I got transfer to Hyderabad. I informed Customer care regarding this . That time they inform me there is free roaming service available on My Datacard so I can used that datacard there also. No They had stopped service in Hyderabad and they had not communicated to me on any of my communication detail like mail or Mobile or SMS service. And i Had recharged my data card with 998 Rs. Plan just on 17th of March.
I called three to 4 times there customer care but they are giving me un-reasonable solution. they are telling me that you are customer of NCR region . So if you want to use your datacard please go that part of india or any of the region where MTS service is available.
And there is no refund policy so they can't refund me.

Actually, I want refund for my remaining Or outstanding data . I am not asking for full amount so please do need full.
