Complaint Details
We denied the digitaltal cable while there is a power failure in the service providers side. Explanation received - no battery backup. Everybody knows that in kerala we have powercuts but Asianet Kunnamkulam office denying the wrights for knowing. I am a full year subscription paid customer. The manager told me that he has 32 centers to look after not my complaint. Totally ignorance,cheating,No facility provided even there is a fluctuation in the powersupply.
