Complaint Details
I had approached Veshal's Permanent Therapy for Hair treatment on sep 2011.Mr.Veshal was the person whom I contacted for same.He had promised the regrowth of Hair within 6 to 9 months and assured me money back guarantee in written statement if no result were found. So I continued the treatment for 15 months by following all his instructions. but since there was no improvements in my hair growth after 15 Months I decided to quit.
As per his written commitment when i had requested for 100 Percent Money back guarentee, He is not responding to me.
