Dear Authority,
I made an online purchase of I Phone 5 case on a shopping website ahappydeal.com. I made the purchase on 24 Feb 2013 where they promised to deliver the item in 7-10 working days. I called them on 7 March 2013 and the support person asked me to wait for 25 more days for order. I did so, and called them on 1st April 2013 and the person again asked me to wait for 25 days. I am feeling extremely harrased here. Pls help in getting justice here. Attaching order and conversation screenshot. Request your assistance in my grievience.
